Responsibility

Is that thunder?

Anyways, I do not feel any different after graduating from high school. I sort of can't believe I graduated. Like after the summer is over, I'll just be going back to school again, the same as always. But I won't be! I'll be in college. At the time, the transition from middle school to high school seems like a big deal, but it really isn't. Going from high school to college is. In high school, you are still babied and led by the hand. In college, it's the real world. Professors don't care if you show up or not and you don't have to ask permission to go to the bathroom. In college, whether you succeed or not is all up to you. No one is going to be calling your house and tattling to your parents; it is all up to you.

That's the difference between high school and college. In college, they don't even tell you what classes to take. YOU have to figure out what you need to satisfy your major, and then YOU have to call to make an appointment to register. Everything isn't all fixed and set and easy like high school.

Passing or failing is up to you.
